All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds except for products damaged during shipping. If your order arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Free salon pickup is available for all orders. If shipping is requested, applicable shipping charges will be added at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method. Applicable sales tax will also be calculated and added at checkout.
