Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged.Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.No-Shows (Failure to arrive without notice): 100% of the service price will be charged.By purchasing any of our membership plans or booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
